hai doctor I am Prem from India 36 yer old 2 days before i checked my semen in laboratories.The result isVOLUME---4/CC VISCOSITY---NORMAL REACTION---ALKALINE SPERM COUNT---60 million/CC LIQUIFACTION TIME--20 minutes ACTIVLY MOTILE---20%

Hello
Report suggests semen infection.
Infection is indicated by presence of excess pus cells in semen.
Infection of semen may be due to causes like prostatitis,UTI.
You need investigations like routine hemogram,RBS,Ultrasound of pelvis and scrotum.
Proper antibiotics should be prescribed depending upon culture and sensitivity report of semen.
You need antibiotics for infection.
Rest of the findings like sperm count,motility, volume,pH and liquefaction time are normal.
